At Candy’s, our classes are more than just one-off lessons—they’re full, thoughtfully crafted courses. Each course includes four delightful sessions, each two hours long, giving you a total of eight hours of sweet education. We’ve put a ton of research and love into these classes, and there’s a fantastic team behind the scenes making sure everything is top-notch. So get ready to have fun, learn a bunch, and dive into a bubbly baking adventure just like me!

Buttercream 101 - Level 1

In Buttercream 101, you’ll learn how to cut, filled, and decorate with buttercream from scratch in a fun and easy way. This course is designed especially for beginners who want to improve their baking skills with no prior experience needed

Class #1: Learn how to make buttercream and create beautiful borders for your cakes.
Class #2: Learn how to transfer any design onto a cake easily.
Class #3: We’ll make a charming Vintage Heart Cake full of style and detail.
Class #4: focuses on creating a tall cake with a smooth ganache drip.

Flowers 201 - Level 2 

In this class, we’ll take your floral skills to the next level with new techniques, colors, and textures. We’ll learn, experiment, and most importantly, have fun creating beautiful, lifelike flowers.

Class #1: Learn to prepare the ideal buttercream for floral decorating and master essential piping techniques for creating delicate petals and natural shapes.

Class #2: Create a stunning Victorian-style floral cake using buttercream flowers, exploring elegant textures and balanced composition.

Class #3: Design a charming bouquet of cupcakes decorated with buttercream flowers, practicing color blending and floral arrangement.

Class #4: Learn a new recipe and a new technique that uses palette knives to sculp petals and leaves directly on the cake.

Molding Chocolate-Level 3

This advanced class is structured as a complete project divided into four unique sessions. Each class focuses on a different stage—from building edible bases and preparing ganache to sculpting, decorating, and assembling the final artistic piece. The course emphasizes mastering molding chocolate and fondant, exploring structure, texture, and professional finishing techniques. Perfect for students with prior experience who want to refine their precision and creativity. By the end of the course, you’ll complete a fully edible showpiece that showcases your advanced decorating skills.

Class #1: Learn the essentials of edible art as we prepare key recipes and build the base for your chocolate carousel.

Class #2: Shape, stack, and refine your carousel base while mastering smooth ganache and elegant fondant details.

Class #3: Cover your structure with fondant, sculpt with molding chocolate, and add color, texture, and golden highlights.

Class #4: Assemble your edible carousel, add the final touches, and showcase your finished artistic creation.

Sugar Decorated Cookies 

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn step-by-step how to bake, outline, flood, and detail your own beautiful cookies — all in a fun, creative, and relaxing environment. 💖

Sugar Decorated Cookie Class has only one level and this class is a budget-friendly class — perfect for anyone who wants to learn complete cookie-decorating skills without a long-term commitment.

Class 1: Make royal icing from scratch. Learn about consistencies.

Class 2: Bake delicious, shape-stable cookies and achieve perfectly smooth icing bases.

Class 3: Create royal icing transfers and explore color mixing for coordinated designs.

Class 4: Practice fine piping, shadowing, and final decorative accents — and take home your own cookie set!
