CLASSES SCHEDULE 2025




At Candy's Cake & Baking Supplies we offer classes from beginning to intermediate we'll teach you all the tricks, hacks and tips to have professional results. We offer a variety of classes including Buttercream 101(Beginners), Flowers 201 (Intermediate) and Molding Chocolate (Advance), as well as Sugar Decorated Cookie Classes.
Buttercream 101
Buttercreasm 101: It is designed for bakers who are new to cake decorating. In this course, participants will learn how to make buttercream, as well as how to cut, fill, and crumb coat a cake. The curriculum includes practice in creating borders and mastering various techniques for decorating cakes, such as pattern transfers and cake drips.
Class #1: In this class we will go through all the basic tools and techniques we also going to learn about buttercream. (We will provide a basic kit for you to use the rest of the class)
Class #2: In this class we will learn about transfers and also we will practice borders.
Class #3: In this class we will learn how to make a vintage heart cake
Class #4: In this class we will learn how to make a tall cake with drip.
Flowers 201
Flowers 201: In this class learn how to make a different and more stabilized buttercream, from apple blossoms to roses. I will guide you through different recipes to achieve the perfect consistency for your flowers. We will learn how to work with buttercream and fondant.

Moldin CHOCOLATE 301
Molding Chocolate: Welcome! In this class, we’ll take your pastry skills to the next level. You’ll learn how to work with fondant, molding chocolate, rice crispies, and create impressive cake structures.
Our unique and adaptable approach fits your learning style, using exclusive recipes and versatile techniques. By the end, you’ll have the tools and confidence to design unique and personalized creations.
