🌸 Flowers 201 – Class Description
Welcome to Flowers 201, a hands-on class designed to refine your buttercream floral decorating skills. During four consecutive Sundays in November — 2, 9, 16, and 23 — from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, you’ll learn step-by-step how to create elegant, realistic buttercream flowers.
Each session focuses on specific techniques: preparing the ideal buttercream, mastering consistencies, using piping tips correctly, blending colors, and shaping petals with precision. You’ll also practice arranging floral compositions on cakes and cupcakes inspired by vintage styles and modern trends.
By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence to design professional-quality decorations, craft a variety of flower types, and apply finishes that elevate your work. Flowers 201 is the perfect next step for students with basic experience who want to take their floral piping skills to the next level.
